Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy of Al-Mettasha Ltd.

Canceling a sale or transaction:

A purchaser may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741, 1981 (hereinafter: the “Consumer Protection Law”) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction details (whichever is later). The products must be returned to the company offices located in the industrial area in Moshav Yad Hasmona by prior arrangement.

In the event that a confirmation message regarding receipt of the inquiry was not delivered and/or received by the purchaser, for any reason whatsoever, the purchaser must immediately inform the company that they did not receive the said confirmation message.

In the event of a defective product, the company must be contacted and notified as soon as possible for inspection. If necessary, a date will be arranged to collect the product at the company’s expense.

The purchaser who wishes to cancel a transaction is asked to return the products in their original packaging, unused, intact and without any damage and/or defect and/or damage of any kind to the company’s offices. The product can be collected from the buyer for a cost of 42 NIS.

When canceling a transaction, the company will charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. Without derogating from the above, cancellation of an order made before the products leave the company’s warehouse will not result in an additional charge.

A refund will be given if the product is returned within 48 hours of receiving the product or its collection by the courier company.

Returns and/or exchanges:

Exchanges and returns will be made at the company’s offices and/or via a courier on behalf of the purchaser, by prior arrangement and with the company’s approval, with the product packaged in its original packaging.

Pickup and reshipment from the buyer’s home by the company’s courier service can be arranged with the company at a cost of 42 ILS each way.

The purchasing party will have 45 days to make an exchange or receive a credit voucher from the day the product is received or collected.

In the event of cancellation/return/exchange of one product from a multi-product transaction, the Company will refund the full price of the product to the purchaser, minus the cancellation fees as stated in Section 6 and subject to the return of the product according to Section 8. The refund will be made based on the payment method used by the purchaser. A proof of the transaction must be retained.

A customer who makes a purchase on the website using a Direct-type credit card will not be able to receive a refund to that card. In such a case, a monetary refund will not be possible, only an exchange.

In the event of a cancellation, return, or exchange of a product purchased during a promotion, the promotional price will be deducted from the refund amount given to the customer, or its proportional percentage.

The right to cancel the transaction shall not apply in the following cases:
• Products that were not purchased on the website.
• Products that were ordered and/or prepared and/or packaged specifically for the customer.
• Products that are not in their original packaging or have been used.
• Products provided free of charge, such as gifts or benefits.

Cancellation Policy by the Website:

The company shall be entitled to cancel the entire transaction or parts of it in the following cases:
• If there was an error in the presentation of the product on the website and/or in the delivery of the product to the customer. Whether in the product’s price or in its description and/or details.
• If it is discovered that a communication malfunction and/or any other technical issue occurred that unintentionally distorted the product description and/or its price.
